We offer regular ashtanga yoga (led and mysore style), restorative / yin yoga and therapeutic yoga classes and workshops in the studio.
We are a yoga studio situated in the Kranepoort, in the city of Groningen. Our studio has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, that we liked to share with anyone who wants to practice.

Ashtanga Yoga is a unique, dynamic and traditional yoga system that purifies body & mind, leading to physical and mental strength & calmness. Breath is combined with movement and postures (asanas) are followed in an especially designed sequence, targeting different systems of the body as well as the mind helping the practitioner towards balance in body and mind. Ashtanga yoga can be practiced by everyone.
Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic style that uses props to support the body, encouraging deep relaxation and embodied awareness. Relieves the effects of negative stress encountered in daily life, highly beneficial in times of fatigue, illness, and emotional strain. Beneficial for everyone.
Therapeutic Yoga utilizes special and tailored techniques (postures, pranayama, mindfulness, traditional psychotherapy) to target the physical and psychological aspects of stress, anxiety and depression. In Therapeutic Yoga the student learns specific tools to manage mental states and emotions to attain mental and emotional well-being. Therapeutic Yoga targets all aspects of the body-mind network and is, thus, a holistic and integrative therapy.
